During her visit to the United Arab Emirates, the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, met with the President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
President Osmani wrote:
I am honoured by the warm hospitality and the consistently substantive discussions with the President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, whom I thanked for his visionary leadership and steadfast support for Kosovo, from its most difficult days to the present.
Throughout the years, we have ushered in a new era of partnership between our nations, ranging from visa liberalization to the UAE’s valuable contributions across tangible development projects. I specifically conveyed the gratitude of the people of Kosovo for the UAE’s support in healthcare, particularly for continuing the significant project to construct the new gynecology hospital, in line with our prior agreement. I also highly appreciate the President’s full understanding and endorsement of new initiatives in healthcare and other development areas that we presented yesterday.
Kosovo is truly fortunate to benefit from the enduring support of President Mohamed bin Zayed and the people of the UAE.
