Under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani Sadriu and the First Gentleman Prindon Sadriu, the Lama Dinner was served tonight at the “Home for the elderly” in Prishtina, with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Deputy Prime Minister Donika Gërvalla also in attendance.
President Osmani said that Llama Dinner, our traditional celebration which we organize at the end of the harvest, was laid this year for our dearest, the elderly, who reside at the “Home for the elderly” in Prishtina, to express our deep gratitude and respect for them.
“By sharing the food on the table with them, we showed our solidarity for all those generations, who gathered the blessings of this land thus keeping our life together alive,” said President Osmani said.
