The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received the NATO Secretary General, Mark Rutte, today.
President Osmani wrote:
Kosovo in NATO is not just a strategic determination but a necessity for peace.
At the meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, we reaffirmed our partnership with the world’s most powerful security Alliance.
As a country that has exceeded NATO’s target for defense investment of 2% of GDP and is building a modern security force as per Alliance standards, our goal is clear: membership in NATO as a steadfast contributor to regional and global security.
