The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, expressed her gratitude for the magnificent reception by the President of Switzerland, Karin Keller-Sutter, and all the members of the Federal Council during the first state visit of a Kosovo president to one of our people’s most allied countries.

In our bilateral meeting, we discussed deepening our political, economic, and broader cooperation. We also spoke about our diaspora, which is not only an integral part of Swiss society but a driving force behind its development.
Kosovo and Switzerland share common values: freedom, democracy and solidarity. The people of Kosovo are deeply thankful for Switzerland’s continued support in our efforts to strengthen our international standing.
