The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, awarded yesterday the “Saint Tereza” Presidential Medal to Dr. Patrick “Paddy” Dewan, in recognition of his extraordinary contribution to providing professional medical assistance for the treatment of rare diseases in children in Kosovo.
On this occasion, President Osmani emphasized that over the years, Dr. Dewan has worked side by side with our doctors at the Pediatric Surgery Clinic. Madam President praised Dr. Dewan’s dedication and his commitment in bringing the necessary equipment for surgical interventions with the valuable support of the Albanian community in Australia.
“Saint Tereza” Presidential Medal was awarded to Dr. Dewan on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, for his extraordinary contribution and long-standing dedication to the training of Kosovar medical staff and in service to the children of Kosovo.
