The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani participated in at the swearing-in ceremony of Peace Corps volunteers.
President Osmani thanked them for their work, dedication and commitment in the field of education and economic development through their direct contributions to important projects at the local level.
Peace Corps volunteers, in addition to programme engagements, also play a role in bringing our people closer together through the exchange of culture, experiences and through the promotion of common values.
Wishing them success in their commitment, President Osmani said: “I am convinced that the noble work of Peace Corps volunteers will continue to contribute to the strengthening of the unbreakable alliance between Kosovo and the United States.”
