The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has responded to the letter received from Mr. Avni Dehari, Chairman of the constitutive session of the 9th Legislature.
President Osmani wrote:
The Constitution obliges me to guarantee the constitutional functioning of the institutions. Therefore, in this spirit, today I have responded to the letter received from Mr. Avni Dehari, Chairman of the constitutive session of the 9th Legislature.
The Constitutional Court adjudications have already determined the obligation of all members of the Assembly to implement, and not block, the formation of institutions, as well as to find a way forward for the constitution of the Assembly.
Let the interest of the Republic of Kosovo be the supreme guide in this process.
