The President of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kosovo.
In his message, the President of Latvia expresses his most sincere congratulations to President Osmani and to the people of Kosovo on the occasion of Independence Day.
He highly appreciates the amicable relations and constructive cooperation between the two countries, emphasizing Latvia’s strong support for Kosovo’s European integration process as well as its continued commitment to security and stability in the Western Balkans.
The Latvian President also expressed gratitude for the important high-level exchanges over the past year, which have contributed to the further strengthening of bilateral relations, and reaffirms the readiness to deepen dialogue and cooperation on issues of common interest. 🇽🇰🇱🇻
