President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, met today with His Majesty, King Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, to discuss the latest developments in the region and the contribution of both states in fighting of violent extremism and radicalism.
Madam President and His Majesty also initiated a legal agreement for mutual help in penal issues between the Republic of Kosovo and Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which will be signed by respective authorities very shortly.
President Jahjaga is undertaking a two day visit to Aqaba, Jordan, where she is attending a high level forum which will be discussing global challenges, inclusive of violent extremism and radicalism.
