President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga departed today for an official visit to Brussels.
During this two day visit, President of Kosovo will be meeting with the President of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy; the President of the European Commision Jose Manuel Barroso; the European Union Commissioner for Enlargement Stefan Fule and with the NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
During her Brussels visit, President Jahjaga will also be holding talks with senior European officials regarding the Agenda of European Perspective of the Republic of Kosovo, accomplishment of the criteria related to visa liberalisation and the Feasibility Study for the Stabilisation-Association Agreement.
President Jahjaga will also be discussing the mandate of the international missions after the ending of the supervisory stage of Kosovo’s independence, the full integration of the communities and the expansion of the rule of law throughout the whole teritorry of Kosovo.
