President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, sent her condolences to the President of the United States of America, Mr. Barack Obama, on the occasion of explosions which occurred during the Boston marathon, which resulted with loss of life and injuries of many citizens.
The telegraph states:
Honourable President Obama,
Please allow me to on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo and on my personal behalf, express our most sincere condolences for the loss of life and injuries of citizens resulting from the tragic explosions during the holding of the Boston marathon.
Institutions of the Republic of Kosovo condemn this act of violence which caused the loss of life of innocent American citizens, and express our belief that such attacks will not diminish the values and ideals of your society and your state, values which remain an inspiration to the whole world, a world which aims building and implementation of a proper democracy and freedom.
Our prayers are with you, with the American nation and with the families of the victims, at these difficult moments.
