President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs Atifete Jahjaga, in compliance with the articles 83 and 84, sections 2 and 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, by presidential decree appointed Mr Blerim Shala as a political coordinator of the dialogue process towards the normalisation of the relations between the Republic of Kosovo and Republic of Serbia.
