The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, accompanied by the Minister of Health Arben Vitia, visited the Emergency Clinic and the Cardiology Clinic at the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo.
Madam President stated that the work carried out by the medical staff for the benefit of the health of the patients, at the turn of the year period, away from their families, shows their extraordinary dedication.
During the visit, President Osmani was closely informed about their work throughout this year, as well as the challenges the health sector is facing. The President expressed her deep gratitude for the dedication of all the staff members of these clinics, emphasizing their role in preserving the health and lives of citizens.
Furthermore, President Osmani underlined the necessity for continuation of investments in the healthcare sector, to ensure better working conditions for doctors and better-quality services for patients, in which case she confirmed her full support and commitment to continuing cooperation with may partners in this regard.
President Osmani wished all healthcare professionals lots of success in the New Year 2024.
