The First Gentleman of the Republic of Kosovo, Prindon Sadriu, during his official visit to Washington DC, was welcomed to the Smithsonian National Museum of American History by the museum’s director, Anthea M. Hartig.
The visit, which took place on the 27th anniversary of NATO’s intervention, focused on the alliance’s crucial role in defending democratic values and the importance of historical memory in preserving peace and freedom. During the visit, he toured exhibits that reflect key moments in American history, including the United States’ commitment to supporting freedom around the world, including in Kosovo.
