The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani Sadriu has commemorated lawyer Shaban Manaj, on the 22nd anniversary of his murder.
President Osmani has said that truth and justice for him are our daily commitment.

22 years ago, the prominent activist for the freedom and independence of Kosovo and the defender of human rights and freedoms, lawyer Shaban Manaj, was brutally murdered.
Standing by the side of historical President, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, lawyer Manaj became an example of a man dedicated to the freedom of the country.
Even after more than two decades, there is still no justice for the human rights activist.
Truth and justice for him are our daily commitment.
May the memory of the hero of Kosovo, Shaban Manaj, be eternal!
