The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani – Sadriu, congratulated the March 7th – Teacher's Day.
President Osmani said that 135 years ago the first Albanian language school was opened, marking the most important turning point in our national history, in an effort to learn the Albanian language and in further development of education.
“Investing in education is a crucial precondition for the overall development of the society and of the state. “There is no successful state without qualitative and successful education,” said President Osmani.

Investing in education is a crucial precondition for the overall development of the society and of the state. There is no successful state without qualitative and successful education.
Education is and remains our lifelong objective. Teachers carry the burden of this process, hence on this day I thank and encourage them to educate our young generations and turn them into good professionals!
