The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani commemorated the 23rd anniversary of the Korisha Massacre, in which the forces of the Serbian genocidal regime killed 77 women, men and elderly and among them,14 children from the villages of Korishë, Budakovë, Bllacë, Reshtan, Mushtisht and Grejkoc.
“The forces of the genocidal regime showed their cruelty by executing 14 children, then women, men and the elderly. This macabre event is a part of our historical memory, which we will not forget, but we will try to protect the truth about it everywhere. These victims deserve respect, which is brought by truth, and the truth loves justice. May the memory of the 77 killed in Korisha be eternal”, states President Osmani's commemoration.
