The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani Sadriu commemorated the activists Latif Berisha and Agim Hajrizi killed together with his mother and his son 23 years ago.

23 years ago, Mitrovica was left without two prominent activists, the creator and political activist Latif Berisha and the trade unionist Agim Hajrizi, who was killed along with his mother and son. They were killed in their homes by the genocidal Serbian regime just prior to the arrival of freedom.
Freedom came and the memory of them will remain eternal because they were and will remain guides for generations with patriotism and commitment to a free Kosovo.
