President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga accepted today the letters of credence presented to her by Ms Marsye Daviet, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of France to Kosovo.
President Jahjaga welcomed Ambassador Daviet to Kosovo and highly praised the friendship between Kosovo and France and expressed her gratitude for the support given to all democratic processes, to the international consolidation of Kosovo and towards the Euro-Atlantic integrations.
Ambassador Daviet said that she is pleased with her nomination as Ambassador to Kosovo, as she has considerable experience in this region. Madam Ambassador offered the support of the French republic to Kosovo on its integration into European Union.
