President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, approved today by Presidential Decree, the nomination of Mr. Bedri Hamza for the post of the Governor of the Central Bank of Kosovo.
President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, approved today by Presidential Decree, the nomination of Mr. Bedri Hamza for the post of the Governor of the Central Bank of Kosovo.
Decree was issued based on the article 84, section 27, of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and article 28, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Law 03/ L-209 On Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as on the decision of the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo No.04-V-551, dated March 14th, received at the Office of the President on March 25th, 2013.
