The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani Sadriu, has started her official visit to Iowa, United States of America.
In addition to the official meeting with the Governor of Iowa, Kim Reynolds, President Osmani will also meet the Commander of the Iowa National Guard, Brigadier General Stephen E. Osborn.
During her visit, President Osmani will visit Camp Dodge, the camp with a rich history that serves as a training center for the US Army divisions.
President Osmani will also meet with the mayors of Des Moines, Norwalk, Fort Dodge, Council Bluffs, Johnston and Cedar Falls.
President Osmani’s agenda includes a discussion at Drake University and a speech at DMACC. Furthermore, President Osmani will be the main speaker at the event led by Ambassador Branstad, President of the World Food Prize Foundation, where the World Food Prize is expected to be officially handed over.
At the end of this visit, the President will meet Kosovo’s Diaspora in the USA.
