The four new prosecutors have taken the oath today in front of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga, at a ceremony in the cabinet of the President.
The appointment of the prosecutors was made based on Article 84, paragraph 1, items 4 and 18, Article 109, paragraph 5, of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, Article 19 of Law no. 03/224, on the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, and based on the decisions of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
