President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, reached a decision today by which the mandate of Mr. Fadil Maloku, representative of the Coalition for New Kosovo Parliamentary Group, at the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Kosovo is terminated.
Decision was reached based upon article 139, section 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, article 61, paragraph 5 of the Law on General Elections in the Republic of Kosovo as well as on the letters submitted by the Coalition for New Kosovo Parliamentary Group, Protocol number 728, dated August 20th, 2013, and Protocol number 743, dated September 3rd, 2013
