The Acting President of the Republic of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, today received members of the “Siparantum” Choir following their success in Kuala Lumpur, where they won two gold medals and a special award.

She highlighted the work of conductor and composer Memli Kelmendi, as well as the dedication with which the choir has been developed over the years.

“I congratulate all of you, and in particular conductor and composer Memli Kelmendi, for the work and dedication with which you have made the ‘Siparantum’ Choir known on the international stage,” Acting President Haxhiu emphasized.

At the end of the meeting, Acting President Haxhiu wished the choir members continued success in honoring Kosovo through their work and achievements.
