President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, received today at a meeting the European Integrations Minister of the Republic of Albania, Ms. Klajda Gjosha.
President Jahjaga praised the cooperation between the Republic of Kosovo and Republic of Albania and stated the necessity for the expansion of this cooperation, with particular accent in the field of European integrations.
She said that Kosovo’s integration into Euro-Atlantic structures is a priority of the institutions of the country, emphasizing the advances already made in consolidation of statehood, establishment of the all inclusive state of law, as well as the normalisation of relations with all neighbouring countries.
President Jahjaga said that Albania can help Kosovo in achievement of standards and fulfilment of the EU membership criteria, through experience exchange in relation to this process.
European integrations Minister of the Republic of Albania, Ms. Klajda Gjosha, praised the advances achieved by Kosovo and emphasized the dedication of the Government of Albania for further expansion of cooperation between two countries as well as support for the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo towards the reform process and achievement of required EU membership standards.
