The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga, condemns the acts of violence to the property of the Slovenian business companies assessing them as unacceptable and contrary to the values of a democratic society. President Jahjaga emphasizes that the violent acts directed against the property of the Slovenian companies, regardless of the motives, are acts of vandalism and violate the freedom.
The vandal acts directed against the property hinder the democratic development of the country, damage its image and credibility and hinder also the doing of business in the country. Kosovo’s relations with the other countries are built with faith and the actions of Kosovo will always be in support of the international acts, norms and laws.
President Jahjaga calls on all the citizens to remain calm and maintain the maturity and requires from the order bodies to catch the authors of the violent acts and bring them to justice.
