The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani Sadriu, received today the Minister for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs of Luxembourg, Mr. Franz Fayot.
During the meeting, they discussed the relations and cooperation of the Republic of Kosovo with Luxembourg as one of the main contributors to development projects which are to the benefit of the Kosovo citizens.
In particular, President Osmani thanked Luxembourg for its commitment to its unparalleled contribution in the area of health over the years, as well as in the area of education.
Minister Fayot praised the overall progress in the Republic of Kosovo, emphasizing especially the commitment to combating corruption and enforcement of the rule of law.
The parties agreed on further cooperation toward human capital development and discussed the potential for investment in the area of digitalization and energy, as well as towards data collection and generation as a precondition for more effective policy-making.
