The Acting President of the Republic of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, received today the representatives of the “Amadeus” Children and Youth Orchestra.
According to Acting President Haxhiu, this was a year to remember for the extraordinary successes achieved by this orchestra in the international arena, as they were awarded four prestigious awards at the “Musica Orbis” international festival in Prague, Czech Republic, as well as being crowned with the main “Grand Prix” award and first place at the 2026 “Spring Symphonies” International Festival in Spain, thus demonstrating the talent, dedication and high artistic level of our young people.
“This extraordinary success, which elevates the name of Kosovo on the world stage, has been achieved thanks to the tireless work of conductor Vehbi Shosholli, director Hana Petrovci, the staff of the “Amadeus” school and, above all, the children and young people who, with dedication, worthily represent Kosovo through art”, said Acting President Haxhiu.
In the end, Acting President Haxhiu congratulated them on these well-deserved achievements and wished them even greater successes on the international stage.
