Ukë Bytyçi was one of the most prominent figures of Suharekë and an incessant patriot working for the freedom and independence of Kosovo.
As a close associate of the historic president Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, Ukë Bytyçi gave everything for his citizens and for the future of the country.
His courage, wisdom and determination made him a reliable and visionary leader, but his life was cut short, ending an extraordinary engagement for Suharekë and all of Kosovo.
