The Republic of Kosovo is committed to the achievement of a legally binding, historical agreement, within the last phase of the dialogue on the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
During this indispensable journey to ensure long-term peace in the Western Balkans, the Republic of Kosovo will strictly adhere to commitments to maintain peace and stability and will not jeopardise under any circumstances the objective of full normalization of relations between the two countries.
Following the establishment of the Management Team, the institutions of Kosovo are committed to finalize the work on drafting the draft-statute of the Association of Serb Majority Municipalities in Kosovo, based on the agreements reached in 2013 and 2015 in Brussels between Kosovo and Serbia, based on the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo
Therefore, as the President of the country, I call upon all the citizens, institutions and parties involved in this process, to refrain from any kind of provocation and to maintain peace and stability at a very important time for our country.
