The President of Republic of Kosovo, Dr. Fatmir Sejdiu has sent a letter of condolence to the President of Republic of Germany Christian Wulf, conveying his heartfelt condolences on 20 German citizens who lost their lives in yesterday’s tragic accident at the Love Parade in Duisburg. Dear President Wulf,
On behalf of the People and the Institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, I express to You my most sincere condolences on the death of your fellow citizens who lost their lives in the tragic accident which occurred yesterday while celebrating the traditional festival of the of the ‘Love Parade’ in Duisburg. The grief of this shocking news is deeply felt throughout Kosovo. Therefore, in this day of great sadness, I express to You the complete solidarity of the people of Kosovo with the people of Germany and all affected families by this terrible disaster.
On this occasion, I ask You, dear President, to kindly convey our deep sorrow and condolences to all families who have lost their loved ones.
