The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani was received by the President of the United Arab Emirates His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Dubai, where global conference COP28 is carrying out its proceedings.
President Osmani highly praised the support of the United Arab Emirates during the most difficult time for our people. In particular, she appreciated the support provided to the healthcare sector through the construction of hospitals, which significantly contributed to the improvement of the quality of services provided, especially to mothers and children. In this regard, Madam President pointed out that this support is a demonstration of the strong bond between our two countries.
Among others, the expansion and deepening of cooperation, the increase of investments in energy, healthcare, tourism and other strategic sectors, as well as the strengthening of Kosovo’s international position.
President Osmani congratulated His Majesty for the successful organization of COP28, where Kosovo is participating for the first time at the highest state level, upon an invitation by His Highness.
