The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, during the second day of her state visit to Albania, visited the city of Durrës.
At a meeting with the Mayor of Durrës Emiriana Sako, the touristic season as well as the possibilities of cooperation with the municipalities of Kosovo were some of the issues discussed.
Following the meeting, President Osmani and Mayor Sako visited the Kosovo Customs Point in the Port of Durrës, where they met with the Kosovo Customs director Agron Llugaliu and his Albanian counterpart Genti Gazheli.
President Osmani emphasized the importance of the use of these Port by Kosovar businesses.
According to her, this Office saves time and costs, as well as facilitates the operation of Kosovar businesses in international markets.
Meanwhile, the two Customs directors presented the figures of the goods unloaded from Kosovo at this Port and the possibilities for its greater use.
