The President of the Republic of Kosovo,Vjosa Osmani, received today the credentials of the new Bulgarian ambassador to Kosovo, Hristo Kraevski.
President Osmani congratulated Ambassador Kraevski on his new tenure and expressed deep gratitude for Bulgaria’s continued support to Kosovo, especially in strengthening its sovereignty, territorial integrity and Euro-Atlantic integration of our country.
At the meeting, President Osmani thanked Bulgaria for its unwavering support for Kosovo’s integration processes in the European Union and international organizations, and encouraged the continuation of Bulgarian advocacy for strengthening Kosovo’s position in the international arena.
President Osmani, at the meeting with the new Bulgarian ambassador also stressed the need for the immediate lifting of the unjust EU measures, which are harming the citizens of Kosovo indiscriminately.
In this context, President Osmani praised Bulgaria’s commitment to regional and global security as well as the commitment of her counterpart, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, to continuously support Kosovo in this regard.
President Osmani and Ambassador Kraevski also discussed the possibilities of deepening cooperation in the economy, education, culture, tourism and other fields.
