The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, received today the KFOR Commander, Major General Enrico Barduani, as part of regular meetings on strategic cooperation between Kosovo institutions and the NATO mission.
President Osmani highlighted the current security challenges in Kosovo, with particular emphasis on border security and the necessity to prevent and repel any destabilization efforts by Serbia.
Madam President further noted the importance of continued cooperation and mutual engagement.
Madam President and the KFOR Commander reaffirmed their shared commitment to continued cooperation in accordance with the NATO mandate and the joint interest in peace and stability in the region.
