The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani received today the heads of the International Committee of the Mediterranean Games, led by its president Davide Tizzano and the secretary general Iakovos Filippoussis, accompanied by the heads of the Kosovo Olympic Committee.
The President welcomed the team and expressed her gratitude to the Kosovo Olympic Committee for organizing the meeting of the Executive Committee.
The participation of athletes from Kosovo in the Mediterranean Games, as well as the activities being carried out in the organization of the Mediterranean Beach Games in Heraklion in 2023, followed by the Mediterranean Games Taranto 2026, as well as the possibility that in the future such games are organized in Kosovo were discussed at the meeting.
