The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, received today the credentials of the new Ambassador of Montenegro to the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Bernard Çobaj.
Wishing him a welcome and success in his new tenure, President Osmani emphasized the importance of good neighborly relations between Kosovo and Montenegro built on mutual respect and cooperation.
Madam President appreciated Montenegro’s support to Kosovo during important periods, underlining the importance of further expansion of cooperation in areas of common interest.
President Osmani reiterated the commitment of Kosovo’s institutions to deepen cooperation with Montenegro in the spirit of good neighborliness, regional stability, and Euro-Atlantic integration. She expressed her belief that during Ambassador Çobaj’s tenure, new opportunities for cooperation will open up, further strengthening ties between the two countries.
