The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received today the Ambassador of the Republic of France to Kosovo, Mr. Olivier Guerot, with whom she discussed the latest political developments in the country and the region, as well as bilateral relations between Kosovo and France.
President Osmani and Ambassador Guerot also discussed the consultations that Madam President has held with political entities in order to implement the latest decision of the Constitutional Court. She reiterated that respecting the constitutional and democratic order is essential for the institutional stability and international credibility of the Republic of Kosovo.
The further advancement of bilateral relations between Kosovo and France, including the expansion of cooperation in various fields of common interest, as well as the importance of France’s support to Kosovo’s Euro-Atlantic path, were also points discussed at the meeting.
