President Vjosa Osmani received today in a meeting the U.S. Chargé d’Affaires, Ms. Anu Prattipati.
The discussion centered on the latest developments in the country and the upcoming early elections scheduled for 28 December. President Osmani emphasized the importance of ensuring a well-administered electoral process and full compliance with the highest democratic standards, an area in which Kosovo has already distinguished itself.
The meeting also addressed the session of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee on developments in Kosovo and the wider region, along with other matters related to bilateral cooperation.
President Osmani reiterated her unwavering commitment to further strengthening the partnership with Kosovo’s most important strategic ally, the United States of America.
