I had the honor of meeting Sir Noel Malcolm, a respected historian who has written extensively about the Balkans, with a particular focus on the history of Kosovo.
Sir Noel Malcolm provided a valuable contribution during the preparation of our arguments in the process related to the legality of Kosovo’s independence at the International Court of Justice and for this I thanked him on behalf of the people of Kosovo.
