The President of the Republic of Kosovo, at the invitation of the Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama, departed to Tirana to participate at the Third Diaspora Summit.
Leaders of institutions, political parties, researchers and historians from all over Albanian inhabited lands are expected to participate in this Summit, including representatives and well-known figures of the Arbëresh community.
President Osmani will address the participants at the Third Diaspora Summit.
The Third Diaspora Summit will take place on November 22-23.
