The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, who is staying in Washington DC at the invitation of the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, under the framework of the NATO Summit, met with the President of Croatia, Zoran Milanović.
President Osmani stressed that Croatia is one of Kosovo’s key allies in the region and among the main supporters in our Euro-Atlantic journey.
With her counterpart Milanović, President Osmani discussed, inter alia, Kosovo’s aspiration to become a member of NATO and the vital support from the Croatian allies, as well as the strategic importance of Kosovo’s membership to sustainable peace and security in the region and beyond.
In this context, President Osmani thanked President Milanović, who has always been a powerful voice in favour of Kosovo’s membership in NATO and other international organizations.
