The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, received today the ambassadors of several European countries as well as that of EULEX, led by the EU Ambassador Thomas Szunyog, to discuss the coordination of the international agenda, as well as coordination with EU and other allied states policies on matters of foreign policy and security.
President Osmani emphasized that Kosovo continues to be fully aligned with the EU policies in the field of security and foreign policy, including the endorsement of sanctions against Russia and other states or groups that endanger global security and peace.
President Osmani also discussed the need for the lifting of the measures against Kosovo, which mostly affect the well-being of the citizens of Kosovo, without distinction, stressing that Kosovo has already met all the criteria.
At the meeting, Ambassadors also informed the President on the preparations being made for the Summit on Peace in Ukraine, which will be held in Switzerland.
