The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Dr. Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu and the First Gentleman, Prindon Sadriu, have traveled to Brunei upon an invitation from His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan of Brunei, for a state visit, marking the first-ever visit of a Kosovo head of state to this Southeast Asian country.
During the state visit to Brunei Darussalam, President Osmani will be received with high state honors and will hold meetings with His Majesty Sultan Bolkiah at the official residence Istana Nurul Iman.
During this state visit, His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei and his wife, Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha, will host a state banquet in honor of the visit of the President and the First Gentleman.
During this visit, President Osmani will deliver a speech to the diplomatic corps, students, and academic staff of the University of Brunei Darussalam. In Brunei Darussalam, President Osmani will also meet with other members of the royal family and the governmental cabinet, as well as visit some of the most famous cultural monuments of this country.
