The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani held a conversation today with 95 masters-level students in the field of human rights and democratization who, as part of their studies, are currently on a several days-long study visit to Kosovo.
President Osmani had the opportunity to address various issues related to Kosovo, with a special focus on the protection and advancement of human rights.
The students also had the opportunity to learn more about Kosovo, as an example of a true model of governance and democratic society that ensures well-being and security for all. Among other things, President Osmani spoke about the history of Kosovo’s state-building process and the current policies and mechanisms that guarantee equal rights for everyone.
In addition to these, during the discussion with the students, President Osmani also spoke about the priorities of the institutions related to the rule of law, investment in human capital and youth, security issues and the promotion of gender equality.
