The President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, in accordance with the constitutional and legal powers, has appointed today Mr. Alban Krasniqi as the new member of the Central Election Commission.
Mr. Krasniqi is appointed in accordance with the proposal made by the Vetëvendosje Movement parliamentary group and in accordance with the legislation in force and will serve for the duration of the remaining mandate.
At the swearing-in ceremony with the President, the new CEC member stated that he will perform his duties in an honest, loyal, impartial, professional, and conscientious manner.
