The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, at the proposal of the Judicial Council of Kosovo, decreed today 15 judges with an initial mandate.
In the swearing-in ceremony before the President of the Republic, the new judges swore that: “they will remain faithful to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the laws in force, will comply with the rules of professional ethics, and they will perform their duties faithfully, independently, professionally and impartially”.
President Osmani has emphasized that the integrity and the professionality of the judges are a crucial element for a justice system which guarantees equality for everyone as well as civic trust.
