Ismet Rraci was a devout patriot, prominent political activist and Mayor of Klinë.
He dedicated his entire life to freedom, state-building and institutional engagement.
With the courage and patriotism that characterized him, he became an example of service and dedication to the homeland.
24 years ago, he was treacherously murdered on his way to work.
Justice for him remains a must.
