President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, has conveyed her felicitations to the Muslim believers on the occasion of the commencement of the month of Ramadan.
The felicitation states:
To all Muslim believers and all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, I wish you all easier fasting and lots of willpower and faith, at the beginning of the month of Ramadan.
The month of Ramadan is a month of sacrifice and of dedication towards strengthening of the trust in human beings and in God.
I wish that this month passes in peace and that it brings us generosity, love and help for one another, solidarity with all the people in need, lots of health, abundance and lots of happiness into our families.
Let this month serve us to reflect upon our work, our engagements and obligations we have to ourselves, our families and friends and to the society, thus strengthening the faith and the mission one carries with them.
Let us, on this Blessed month of Ramadan, remember all those who worked and sacrificed for the country.
