President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, received today at a meeting the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr Hashim Thaçi, with whom she discussed the actual developments in the country.
President Jahjaga and Prime Minister Thaçi emphasized the need for achievement of the social and political consensus for difficult processes ahead, which are necessary for ensuring that Kosovo fulfils its obligations in the field of justice and continuation of EULEX Mission’s mandate, described through the exchange of letters, previously discussed and agreed between the institutions of Kosovo and European Union.
President Jahjaga and Prime Minister Thaçi consider that however hard this process may be, it will concentrate on individuals and individual actions and is not a verdict upon the collective endeavours of the nation for liberation and independence.
President Jahjaga and Prime Minister Thaçi also discussed Kosovo’s international representation and attraction of investments, which will enable a sustainable economic development and opening of new work places.
